Summer Movies

So it begins. The first weekend in May has arrived, signaling the start of huge summer movie releases. What movies are you planning to see in theaters this month? I guess I will go see Spiderman3. I will also try and see 28 weeks later, the sequel to 28 days later, and Shrek the Third. I will not be going to see the new Pirates of the Caribbean movie. The last one was horrible.

I’m too cheap to go to the theater. BUT I would like to rent both Spiderman movies to catch up. Then I can go see the 3rd when it goes to the $1 theater, it looks really interesting.

I’ll be seeing Spiderman 3 this weekend when I go to New Orleans for Xaviers graduation. Carl will be there and we love the Spiderman movies, so it’s a date! I’m probably not gonna see 28 Weeks Later, I thought that 28 Days Later was weird (but that’s probably cause when me and some of my girl friends got it we thought it was gonna be Sandra Bullocks 28 Days movie). Still undecided about Pirates 3, liked 1; didn’t see 2 since I heard bad things… we’ll see.

That’s funny about 28 days later. Apparently a lot of women saw it thinking it was the sequel to Sandra Bullock’s 28 days. Let us know what you think of Spidey3.

Saw Spiderman 3 on Friday. *** 1/2. I wish they had more of Venom in the movie. Proud to say that it is only the second movie that Tami and I have seen at the movies since Noah was born. I don’t do horror movies so 28 weeks is out. Tami and I are pretty big into Harry Potter so we are excited about the new movie and book. Other than that I don’t really know of any other movies coming out to see. Just curious is anyone else paying $9.25 to see a movie?

I have no clue what movies are due out this summer. I don’t watch previews, or as William would say, I don’t pay attention to previews, but I do enjoy movies. I just wait for William to tell me the synopsis.
