Photos from the Wedding

by William

My Uncle Sam, who is also my godfather, took over 900 photos during the weekend of our wedding. Knowing that he is into photography, I asked him to take photos at the events where we didn’t already have a photographer and to get some candids at the reception; He out did himself. Kyllan and I cannot thank him enough for capturing so many memories for us. He gave us the files before he left Dallas and we spent over two hour during the honeymoon looking the images. There were so many moments we didn’t see, guest we didn’t get a chance to talk with and little details that we were moving to fast to catch.

Now, we want to share my uncle’s images with all of you. (While I personally enjoyed looking at all 900, we only uploaded select images.) For those of you that were unable to attend, the weekend included the rehearsal dinner, the wedding ceremony and reception and a breakfast the next morning. There is a photo set for each event. View the entire collection here. (I think the “detail” view, found under the event title, allows for the easiest viewing of photos once inside the sets.)

If you have your own photos of the wedding, please share them with us. We will let everyone know as soon as the wedding photographer’s photos become available.

It is hard to get any work done with so many beautiful pictures to look at. Bill and I have over 700 photos, many taken by my brother Sam. I have looked at them many times, still I can’t get enough. Thanks for sharing your photos. I did a slide show loop and I have already looked at them several times. I bet you are really glad you did not elope. Think of the great weekend you would have missed.

Still playing Halo!? I remember Halo night at Alex’s when Carl came too. That was the most fun I ever had playing video games.

I agree with Aunt Betty, I can’t get enough of these pictures! Jerry got to see firsthand where my love for photography comes from (and he thinks I take a lot of pictures). I warned him before we came that our family loves to take pictures.

I told my Dad he needs to visit the site to check out what a great job you and Kyllan did of selecting photos to capture all of the events. He is happy you were pleased with the photos, and glad he was able to help contribute to capturing all of these precious moments.

Teresa, Hopefully the pictures will make you feel as though you were there.

Neil, I’ll have my copy. I don’t want to hear any excuses about sick patients in the hospital come Tuesday.

Cherie, Carl can get some too! Gamertag: Krimson Sandman. Let him know.

Melanie, I’ve told your parents about the site, but I don’t know if there have ever been. Please encourage them to stop by. Your dad out did himself with all of the pictures.

Everyone, Beware; the honeymoon photos are up

Cherie: Yes, I am married with a child and I do still play video games. Tell Carl he can look me up xbox live, too: Dr. Xula.

Wow, what a beautiful wedding! I have to say, I was a little sad for myself when I was looking at the pictures. I SOOOOO wish that we could have been there. It looks like everyone had a great time. One day we will get to meet these two wonderful sets of parents that we here so many fantastic things about! I hope that we can get together soon!

To the new Mr. and Mrs. Cody, We are so happy for you both. I must admit that I got a little misty-eyed reviewing the wedding pictures. As a matter of fact, I had some “moments” from time to time during the whole weekend. It is just hard to believe that Kyllan is all grown up and a married woman now. We are grateful that we were able to witness this very, very special day. The pictures from the honeymoon were just exquisite. Undoubtedly, these moments will bring back fond memories for a lifetime. We love you both dearly.
    Welcome to the family, William!!!!!!!
