		<description>You are not the only one confused!  Yes... everyone who votes in the primary is eligible to vote in the caucus.  If you do not vote in the primary, you cannot vote in the caucus.  2/3 of the delegates for Texas are awarded to the candidate that wins the primary and 1/3 are awarded to the candidate who wins the caucus.  Clinton won the primary, but it appears Obama will win the caucus.  In my opinion, the way the caucus votes are counted are confusing and leave too much room for error since you have people running the caucus that don&#039;t 100% understand the process.</description>
