The weigh out for the 10 day challenge I participated in ended on Friday. I am happy to report that I did manage to work out 9 out of the 10 days, so I was very excited about that. I managed to lose 2.4lbs and 4 3/4 inches (combination of biceps, waist, hips, and thighs). According to my scale, I lost closer to 5 lbs 🙂 but I am just happy to see results period. I probably could have been a bit stricter with my “healthy meals”, but overall my meals were much healthier than usual. I even turned down desserts for 10 days! Ahhh! Don’t tell anyone I baked cookies for myself this evening 🙂 Anyway… I have established a workout routine and am improving my overall eating habits, so I guess you can say mission accomplished.
I’m proud of you Kyllan. What’s a few cookies if you worked that hard.
Great will power, great Job!!!!!
I want cookies! (Kyllan doesn’t like macadamia nut, which are my favorite.)
Good job Aunt Ky Ky!
THANKS EVERYONE!!
Yes… plain chocolate chip cookies for me hot and fresh out the oven. No nuts! Ask my mom… she and my dad love nuts, so she always had to make a few separate batches of cookies for me before putting the nuts in. Nowadays I just cheat… Tollhouse break and bake cookies are right up my ally. As Rachel Ray would say.. Yum-O!
Go Kyllan!
I haven’t posted it on the brief yet, but I ran 3 miles on the treadmill this week. I plan to go at it again this evening.
Great Job Kyllan!
I agree — cookies are better without nuts!
Great job Joscelyne! I have not built up my endurance enough to run 3 miles, so I truly admire you for that.
