For those of you who don&#8217;t know, I am a huge <a target=\"_blank\" title=\"Still #1 in my heart\" href=\"http:\/\/sports.espn.go.com\/ncf\/recap?gameId=262590052&#038;confId=null\">Florida State fan<\/a> and my father is proud <a target=\"_blank\" title=\"Rocky Top\" href=\"http:\/\/sports.espn.go.com\/ncf\/recap?gameId=262592633&#038;confId=null&#038;date=20060916\">University of Tennessee<\/a> alum. Both teams suffered heart breaking loses Saturday. We need a Jaguar win to keep our spirits up during the rest of the week. At least we saw a <a target=\"_blank\" title=\" red ruddy rhenish\" href=\"http:\/\/sports.espn.go.com\/ncf\/recap?gameId=262590041\">Wake Forest win<\/a>, Norte Dame get their <a target=\"_blank\" title=\"#1 ranking? Not yours!\" href=\"http:\/\/sports.espn.go.com\/ncf\/recap?gameId=262590087&#038;confId=null&#038;date=20060916\">butts whipped<\/a> and <a target=\"_blank\" title=\"Revenge\" href=\"http:\/\/sports.espn.go.com\/ncf\/recap?gameId=262590097&#038;confId=null\">Louisville stomp<\/a> all over the Hurricanse (who stomped all over their mid-field logo during pre-game.)<\/p>\n<p>In other news, I added a new link to the &#8220;Friends and Family&#8221; section of the right sidebar. It goes to the personal blog of my cousin Nikki. It is titled &#8220;<a target=\"_blank\" title=\"her heart, not mine\" href=\"http:\/\/dancer41.blogspot.com\/\">&#8230;and this is my heart,<\/a>&#8221; as in    &#8220;I&#8217;ve always used writing as a way to share my thoughts and my heart.&#8221; She told me about her blog at the reunion.<\/p>\n<p>If you are wondering, my friend Neil is now the proud father a healthy baby boy. He just hasn&#8217;t updated <a target=\"_blank\" title=\"only two post\" href=\"http:\/\/lewisreport.com\/\">his blog<\/a> since he left with his wife for the hospital. Maybe one day he will share some pictures&#8230; don&#8217;t hold your breath though.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s it. It was a pretty boring week and it looks like we have a few more ahead of us&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>EDIT:<\/strong> Penn State <a target=\"_blank\" title=\"Still #2 all time\" href=\"http:\/\/sports-ak.espn.go.com\/ncf\/boxscore?gameId=262590213&#038;confId=5\">defeated Youngstown<\/a>. With the FSU loss, <a target=\"_blank\" title=\"Will never retire\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Joe_Paterno\">JoePa<\/a> moves one win closer to the all-time I-A win record.
